Define what participants should learn or develop and how that relates to the relevant Erasmus+ action. The group profile, age, language level and mobility duration shape what is realistic.
Shape the learning programme
Possible building blocks include language learning, workshops, project work, educational visits, intercultural activities and reflection. Select only the components that support the agreed outcomes.
Confirm responsibilities
Document who is responsible for participants, safeguarding, travel, insurance, programme delivery, reporting and practical support. Commercial and operational terms should be agreed privately.
Prepare the group
Participants should receive clear information on the learning goals, schedule, behaviour expectations, travel documents, insurance, accommodation and emergency contacts before departure.
