Information we collect

We collect the details you choose to provide through student, agency and group enquiry forms. These may include contact information, country or nationality, education or organisation details, programme interests, optional marketing consent and the contents of your message. If you complete a placement assessment, we also collect your name, email address, selected answers, calculated score, indicative placement band and section-level performance. Forms record limited referral, language and campaign information so we can understand how a submission reached us.

Purposes and legal bases

• To respond to an enquiry and take requested steps before a possible service or partnership agreement
• To assess English or mathematics readiness and support programme placement where an assessment has been requested
• To manage student, agency and group conversations and our legitimate interest in operating and improving those services
• To meet applicable legal, safeguarding and operational obligations
• To send relevant programme updates only where separate consent has been given; consent can be withdrawn at any time

Form delivery and recipients

Website form data is transmitted through our hosting and form-delivery providers and delivered privately to authorised ISN Prague team members. Students receive their indicative automated result after submission; detailed answers, section scores and writing samples remain available only to the authorised ISN Prague team for review. Providers receive only the information needed to supply their technical service. Do not submit passport data, health information or other highly sensitive personal information through a general enquiry or placement form.

Retention

Enquiry and assessment information is kept only for as long as needed to respond, make or review a placement decision, manage the resulting relationship, protect legitimate business interests and meet legal obligations. Marketing details are kept until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer useful for the stated purpose.

International processing

Some technical providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer must be supported by an applicable legal safeguard. You may contact us for information about the safeguard relevant to your data.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. Contact hello@isnprague.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
